Often cited as “one the worst sequels ever”, the soundtrack for Staying Alive was also considered a flop.  Featuring five new Bee-Gee’s songs (at a time when disco was dead and buried) , the combination of a weak script and music from Sylvester Stallone’s brother, Frank, did the soundtrack no favors.  It was out-of-print  by the end of the 80’s and has remained so since.  This special edition combines the original soundtrack with six bonus tracks as heard in the film plus a second disc of dance remixes.
