This is a special edition soundtrack to the John Hughes comedy / buddy film, 'Planes, Trains & Automobiles,' which starred Steve Martin and John Candy. As with most of Hughes films, this soundtrack was released for a limited time and contained only a portion of music featured in the film. This version is not the 1988 CD release.
 
This special edition version contains 14 songs as heard in the film plus an additional 6 dance mix versions of tracks.  Sound is fantastic!
