A soundtrack for the film MASK was released on LP and cassette along with the film in 1985. It contained ten songs and was out of print within a few years. Bruce Springsteen had originally given his blessing to use five of his songs in the film but his label could not agree to terms and his songs were left off, replaced by five Bob Seger songs. A Directors Cut of the film appeared in the early 2000’s on Blu-Ray DVD which included the Bruce Springsteen tracks.

A soundtrack remains out-of-print in any format. This special edition includes eighteen additional tracks meant for or as heard in the film.
