The 1974 film EARTHQUAKE and the 1978 film AVALANCHE each had limited edition soundtrack releases issued during the films theatrical run. EARTHQUAKE had LP and cassette versions and in 1990 and 1992, limited edition CD reissues in the US and Japan. The original LP came with suggestions to turn up the bass of your stereo to experience the full special effect feel from the film. The soundtrack for AVALANCHE had a US only LP issue in 1978 and a 2012 limited edition, US only CD reissue. Both titles are currently out-of-print.
