The Arthur P. Rubinstein score for the 1983 film BLUE THUNDER was issued originally as a twelve track LP and cassette in the US and Europe along with a very limited edition, 1997 promotional issued CD. This special two CD set includes the original twelve song soundtrack plus six bonus tracks. Disc Two is an alternate version of the soundtrack and includes some unreleased score cuts and a remix. The soundtrack remains out-of-print in any format.
