A soundtrack for Band of The Hand was released around the world on LP and tape in 1986. In 1995, MCA Canada released a seventeen track special edition CD which may have been a promotional item. All original versions and formats have remained out-of-print since the late 1980’s.
 
This special edition contains six bonus tracks as heard in the film plus a remix.
